JLD Systems, LTD was contacted by an OEM of video and audio routers. They were having communications problems with their existing RS-232 port, Ethernet port and Remote Control Panel. There were lost commands, corrupted commands and the software could not receive and process the commands fast enough to meet their customers expectations. JLD Systems, LTD helped them to select a new and improved microprocessor that transmits and receives data on four serial ports at a sustained rate exceeding the current single port.
