Stud Elongation Measurement System

Problem:

During plant renovation several technicians must spend 10-16 hours, meticulously collecting stud measurement information.

Solution:

We designed a custom battery powered instrument that collected, stored and printed the measurement of each stud. This new instrument reduced data collection time to 1-2 hours and improved accuracy.
